New iPhone 4 Commercial - Face Time

Where is the Public Outrage?

Ok, so there was an Earthquake in Haiti and everyone and their mother was up in arms about how little was being done. And lets not forget Hurricane Katrina and what it did to New Orleans.

However, what about the mortgage crisis where many good hard working people lost their homes and now with the BP oil leak disaster - why wasn't or hasn't their been a rise to arms for these crisis'? I mean come on if we really think about it had we had concerts with celebs and telethons along with a PSA for every person who could to donate just $1 to a national house fund we could have saved many the loss of their homes. And with the BP disaster, where are the celebs who we normally can count on to make noise about anything and I mean anything. Heard about the tree falling in the forest and whether it truly did if nobody was there to see it happen? Well they'd make noise about even that. And yet, the Obama administration and many have chosen to take a let's wait and see attitude towards this disaster.

You would think that a country with the greatest military in the world would be able to not only cap an oil spill but do it with relative ease. But now we are going on to 47+ days of this nightmare.

AP Journalist Rich Matthews decided to take a look at what lies beneath the waters after this spill. Have a look-see for yourself and tell me that this doesn't just get you mad as well, HELL!

Lady Gaga's Alejandro Video - First Glimpse

Lady Gaga is back (did she ever really go away?) with the new music video for her summer smash, "Alejandro," and naturally it's a pretty intense affair. The Steven Klein-directed clip clocks in at 8:44 and is described by the Lady herself as a "celebration and an admiration of gay love -- it confesses my envy of the courage and bravery they require to be together." Gaga appeared on Larry King Live last week to talk about the homoerotic, military-themed video, debuting a 20 second trailer that has amassed over 3 million views on YouTube. We assume the full version is breaking the Internet as we speak.

Shaun T’s INSANITY Workout Program

Ok, so today I am starting on the "INSANITY" Program to get myself back into peak performance shape with the goal of loosing 35-45 unwanted pounds and regain muscle.

For all of you that are interested below is some information on the program - Much like the P90X (which btw I will also incorporate along with the Insanity & Weight training) it's set to get you back into shape.

Losing Weight and Yo Yo Dieting ...

Actress Kirstie Alley, who shed 75 pounds a few years ago just to gain it all back, details her struggles with weight loss in her new reality TV show, "Kirstie Alley's Big Life."

All you have to do is wheel your grocery cart into a checkout line to see the cautionary tales screaming at you from the tabloids:

Kirstie Alley regained the 70-plus pounds she lost on Jenny Craig. Maureen "Marcia Brady" McCormick got even heavier after she was on Celebrity Fit Club. Oprah, well, we all know about her struggles. Janet Jackson, Kelly Clarkson... the list goes on and on.

It makes you wonder: If these rich, powerful women, with their personal trainers and private chefs, can't win the weight war, what chance do I have?

Tom Cruise takes over at the MTV Music Awards!

There was a moment there, when Tom Cruise showed up live on the MTV Movie Awards in characteras aggressive, dynamite-loud film producer Les Grossman, when we were really, really nervous. Sure, he killed it in 'Tropic Thunder,' and he'd been rocking the taped promos for the awards show but ... live? Seriously?

Seriously. With a three-minute booty-shakin' performance, the actor himself officially ended the era of Tom Cruise bashing. Oprah's couch? Scientology? The eyepatch in 'Valkyrie'? Fuhgeddaboudit! Cruise became definitively cool again with his live appearance, complete with swaggerific undone bow-tie and J-Lo as his dance partner.
