Oh Boy, Lindsay what are you up to now?

One might think that these skills could come in handy if she were going into a male prison but she's going into a female prison. Heck, guess they could work there too! LOL

Lindsay Lohan's 'Machete' promo poster is hidden deep on the movie's website, but it sure is causing a stir! Lohan -- who will begin her 90-day prison sentence on July 20 -- is dressed in a nun's habit and licking a gun. In the film, Lohan plays a gun-toting avenger called "The Sister."

Days after the actress was sentenced for violating her probation, the film's trailer was released without Lohan -- though her name briefly appears in the credits. In the film, Lohan reportedly goes topless while swimming in a waterfall with Alicia Rachel Marek, the actress who plays her mother.

Robert Rodriguez's film also stars Jessica Alba, Robert De Niro and Michelle Rodriguez. It will be released September 3.

Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail followed by a 90-day inpatient rehab program for violating her probation on a previous DUI case. Lohan broke down in tears as Judge Marsha Revel revealed her decision. Lohan must surrender to the court on July 20 at 8:30AM to begin serving her time.

Lohan posed with a gun to her mouth for a Tyler Shields photo shoot earlier this year.

Bristol Palin, What are you Thinking?

Ok, I just have to say it - I did not want to say it - but she made me go there and say it. "What the HELL are you THINKING?!!"
I mean come on Engaged?!? The man dumps you, goes on a media blitz talking smack about your family and then you go and let him back into your life? Can you spell and say STUPID?

Vienna's Ex Blasts her in an abusive text message

Two million Americans watched as an irate Jake Pavelka, also known as The Bachelor, faced off against his ex-fiance Vienna Girardi in their now infamous TV reunion at the mansion. RadarOnline.com has obtained revealing text messages from yet another ex who’s even more furious than the Bachelor himself.

In fact, Brian Lee Smith tells Vienna that he wants to punch her in the face in an explosive text message obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com!

“Upset is not the word. I want to punch you in the face and whatever I say... deny... it’s cool I have proof on everything! I’m not dumb I won’t say anything I can’t back up,” Smith, who is Vienna’s ex, wrote her in a text on Tuesday after she denied details of their ongoing relationship.

But according to a source, Vienna has a different take on the rocky romance.

“My ex is just pissed because he thought when Jake and I broke up it meant him and I would get back together and when he realized that wasn't going to happen he got angry,” Vienna told a source. “This is why I had him arrested before I left for the show. He is obsessed and violent.”

Here are some excerpts:

Brian: “It’s your turn to once get alittle of the pain I feel if I will nit lie or make up anything all truth oh btw I’ll be comin to la soon...for the record u told me I could if u hurt me again (in those fake emails) lol”

Vienna: “Please stop! Look I get that your upset but this isn’t the way to get me back.”

Brian: “Upset is not the word I want to punch you in the face and whatever I say deny it’s cool I have proof on everything! I would not except one penny...f**k u Vienna hope ur happy now it’s your turn look like a f**king idot.”

Vienna: “I’m sorry. I understand that your angry. But I thought you were my friend. You said you would always be there for me and as long as I was happy that was all that mattered. I’m sorry you feel you must hurt me in order to make your pain go away.”

Brian: “That right there what I’m talking about ur so f**king good with words and emotions!...U have no real friends I know that cause u shit on everyone...I don’t need any pittu u wanna know what realy makes me mad I wasted yearrrrrsss of my life with u!”

Real Housewives of NJ - They are at it again!

Well it seems that those girls of The Real Housewives of NJ (really are they truly housewives still in this day and age?) are at it again and this time it's juicy.

The girls from the Garden State are getting grimy, with last night's episode of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' reaching new - and unbeweavable - dramatic heights. The episode featured hot-tempered housewife Teresa Giudice starting an argument and Ashley Holmes, daughter of housewife Jacqueline Laurita, physically attacking the ladies' sworn enemy, castmate Danielle Staub.

Staub's lawyer has confirmed that his client is suing the alleged perpetrators of the attack at the Passaic County Superior Court, describing the mindset of the assailants as, "like a gang mentality."

Staub's attorney in the case, Paul Giblin, told Hollywood Life, "We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women. We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well."

Giudice, who famously flipped a table on Staub at the end of the show's first season, did not physically attack the mother of two, but was shown chasing Staub while yelling insults. Holmes, who reportedly believed that Staub had assaulted her mother, grabbed Staub, allegedly ripping out a clump of her weave.

Despite Holmes' January court appearance and $189 fine, Giblin said, "These things don't end with paying a fine. We will get restraining orders by the judge against Teresa, Ashley and all others involved. We will subpoena this women to make sure they come to court. We are going to ask to impose sanctions against these women, whatever the law allows."

Filming a Traffic Stop...

One guy films his being pulled over and it works to his benefit.

Only a short time after these tapes hit the internet, his case was thrown out. Seems the charges were dropped after the attorney set to argue the case on behalf of the city was made aware of Colley's efforts to dig into the "pacing" issue that he had videotaped. Oddly, Colley says that attorney admitted she hadn't even seen the video evidence, but nevertheless the case went into the circular file.

New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner has died after a massive stroke.

Steinbrenner was rushed to St. Joseph's hospital in Tampa, Florida, earlier this morning.

Steinbrenner turned 80 on July 4.

The team has seven World Series trophies – 1977, '78, '96, '98, '99, 2000 and '09 earned under Steinbrenner's ownership since 1973.

Steinbrenner is the longest-tenured owner in Major League Baseball, having served as principal owner since purchasing the club on Jan.3, 1973, according to the Yankees website. Over that time, the Yankees have won 11 American League pennants.

Steinbrenner has been in failing health in recent years and his son Hal is the managing partner of the team.

Steinbrenner bought the Yankees for $10 million and under his ownership they have become the most valuable team in U.S. professional sports, with Forbes.com estimating its value at over one-billion dollars.

He also was suspended from baseball twice, once after being indicted for allegedly making illegal campaign contributions to Richard Nixon, and once after paying a gambler to dig up dirt on one of his own players, Dave Winfield.
