President Obama today nominated federal Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court. Sotomayor would be the first Hispanic and third female U.S. Supreme Court justice if confirmed. Sotomayor "is an inspiring woman who I believe will make a great justice," Obama said
