Have a complaint - say you went to a restaurant and the food was the worst you've ever tasted? ReplyDeleteI think it's important that there are sites like this around. It's become such a "me" world that people have forgotten not only good manners but good quality customer service. With this it at least allows for those who have not been given quality service some sort of recourse. Perhaps it will make owners keep up their end in the exchange of services.
ReplyDeleteCouldn't agree more! And the fact that they allow the businesses to get recognition for satisfying/reaching out to their customers is a great way to improve customer relations and overall business reputations.
