If you ask me this kid doesn't need any 'Bad Romance' but some good old fashion exercise stat! I mean how old is he and he's already obese! Put down the Banana (while good for you) and take a few laps around the local park and then do a few sit ups. To the parent's, get him help ASAP and review what you are all eating as a family before you sentence this kid and possibly yourselves to an early grave!
