But wait, there's no more: iCan pulls Billy Mays commercial

Billy Mays called iCan the "most important product" he'd "ever endorsed," but he won't be pimping it any longer.

TMZ reports that "Today (Aug. 13) is the last day you'll be seeing the late, great Billy Mays endorse health insurance -- the company behind one of the legendary pitchman's most recent commercials has officially pulled the spot off the air. . . For the record, the company did get the OK from the family to continue running Billy's ad -- and Billy's son also made the following point on his Twitter page, "When actors die, their movies continue to play, right?"

But here's the problem: Would a company selling a health insurance product really want it's pitchman to be a guy who recently died at the age of 50, with the autopsy report suggesting that cocaine was a factor? That's the problem.

When that autopsy was released, Mays' family said it was "extremely disappointed" that the autopsy had been released publicly.

"We were totally unaware of any non-prescription drug usage and are actively considering an independent evaluation of the autopsy results," they said in a statement. They also said that the report "contains speculative conclusions that are frankly unnecessary."

'G.I. Joe,' The Real American ... Stripper?

Ladies and gentleman, prepare to be entertained... if your preferred method of entertainment is watching a video of 'G.I. Joe' star Channing Tatum stripping at a male revue nightclub before he got his Hollywood break, courtesy of Us Weekly. Just making it clear right off the bat.

Yep, that's right, the man who's kicking a-- and taking names in the blockbuster 'G.I. Joe' movie used to make money from his own guns (and everything else) back in 1999, spending his nights at a Florida male revue club called Male Encounter. His stripper name? A modest and close-enough-to-his-real-name "Chan Crawford."

It's almost that time; Project Runway Time that is...

'Project Runway' has said auf Wiedersehen to Bravo, but fans can now watch the latest crop of 16 hopeful designers "make it work" on Lifetime (premieres Thurs., Aug. 20, 10PM ET).

Same format, same judges and yes, same fabulous, Emmy-nominated host. But Heidi Klum is busy with more than just season 6 of the 'Runway.' There's a special, two-hour 'All-Star Challenge' before the premiere (Thurs., Aug. 20, 8PM ET), a 30-minute 'Models of the Runway' after every episode this season (Thurs., Aug. 20, 11PM ET) ... oh, and did we mention she's also seven months pregnant with her fourth child – a girl -- with hubby Seal?

Family' Patriarch: Stewie Is a Gay Baby

If six pages of a not-naked Heidi Pratt were not enough reasons to go out and grab the September issue of Playboy, here's another incentive: Elsewhere in the lad mag, 'Family Guy' mastermind Seth MacFarlane settles one of his show's worst/best kept secrets: Stewie Griffin is gay.

MacFarlane told Playboy (via Daily News) all about an episode they brought all the way to the script phase where the 1-year-old homicidal baby comes out.

"It had to do with the harassment he took from other kids at school. He ends up going back in time to prevent a passage in Leviticus from being written: 'Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is an abomination.'"

In the end, the show's writers decided to "keep it vague" because of the tot's age.

"Ultimately, Stewie will be gay or a very unhappy repressed heterosexual. It also explains why he's so hellbent on killing [his mother, Lois] and taking over the world: He has a lot of aggression, which comes from confusion and uncertainty about his orientation."

Also explained in the upcoming season: we'll finally find out why Protestant Lois seems to have a Jewish accent.

MacFarlane was more coy about Stewie's sexual preference in a February 2008 interview in Advocate, the gay lifestyle mag.

"We all feel that Stewie is almost certainly gay, and he's in the process of figuring it out for himself. We haven't ever really locked into it because we get a lot of good jokes from both sides, but we treat him oftentimes as if we were writing a gay character."
