Apple announces iPhone4 fix of sorts

Plagued by bad press on the iPhone 4's reception and antenna, Apple CEO Steve Jobs didn't apologize, and didn't announce a software fix, but he did announce a fix of sorts: free cases for iPhone 4 purchasers.

Drag Queen Fight

Whoppi Murders her iPhone - LOL!

A schoolteacher calls 911 to report an intruder at her home and ends up getting Tased repeatedly by police.

This is a travesty and I think that not only should the officers be FIRED but SUED in a court of law along with the City or County they work for. I would go as far as to call upon the NAACP and any other civil rights organizations to protest and march in this town against such an injustice. This is clearly an abuse of power by people put in a position of trust and authority.

Kathy Lee Griffith - sad over Levi - LOL!

Mel Gibson's Wife Says No Signs of Abuse

Mel Gibson's estranged wife has filed a court declaration stating she and her children never experienced any abuse by the Academy Award winner.

A source familiar with the case but not authorized to speak publicly tells The Associated Press that Robyn Gibson filed the statement in a custody hearing between her husband and his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva (gree-GOR'-yeh-vuh.)

Robyn Gibson filed to divorce her husband of 28 years in April 2009. The divorce is ongoing.

Neither Mel Gibson nor Grigorieva appeared at a daylong hearing in the custody case held Thursday in Los Angeles. The hearing was conducted in closed session. The former couple have an 8-month-old daughter together.

Sheriff's detectives investigating Gibson for possible domestic violence obtained audio recordings from the court Thursday.

The Old Spice Guys "Good-Bye"

Alyssa Milano has a challenge for the Old Spice Guy

Alyssa Milano wants the Old Spice guy to help her raise money for animals affected by the oil spill.

Originally, Milano had received two personalized video messages from Isaiah Mustafa's Old Spice guy, in the middle of the viral campaign for the men's bodywash and deodorant, where they responded to fans from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Milano posted a response on her Twitter account. "Mr. @OldSpice, Here's What You Can Do Next (I can make videos from my bathroom too)," she wrote.

In her own video, she challenges him to donate $100,000 to the National Wildlife Federation Gulf Oil Spill Restoration Fund.

Milano's relationship with the Old Spice guy began when she wrote, "GENIUS. Shirtless Old Spice guy replies on Twitter w/ hilarious personalized video."

Then, she got her own message.

The former 'Who's the Boss' star then tweeted again. "Ahhhh!!! I'm blushing!!! Bwahahahaha! ... I'll be waiting, @oldspice guy."

But it didn't stop there. Alyssa received flowers from the man clad only in a towel. "Ummm --- Are you sitting down??? Sit down. Ready? The @oldspice guy sent me roses!" she exclaimed, earning her another video from the sexy stud, which prompted her call to action.
