With the recent trend in naming children and hearing said names on television I wondered what I might name my children. If Michael Jackson could name one of his kids "Blanket" might I be tempted to name mine say; Pillow, Sheet, Comforter, Bedroom, Pull-out, Sham, Bunk-Bed, Afgan, 100% Pure Cotton??
Or maybe I should stick to fruits, like Apple, Banana, Peaches, Grapefruit, Papaya, Watermelon, Grapes, oh the choices.... but we have time....
If you did that, you wouldn't be altogether odd... Well, you would be odd -- but not as odd as some people! I'm still not sure if I should laugh or cry at some names that were apparently allowed by registration officials in New Zealand, including "Violence," "Number 16 Bus Shelter," and for twins, "Benson" and "Hedges." (I guess we can also conclude some people are just as zany as celebrities when it comes to naming their children!)
