Meredith: 'I'm an Old Horny Woman'

First she's "naked" on the nightly news, and now this.

On an episode of 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire?,' one of the guests got Meredith Vieira all hot and bothered.

The 'Today Show' host, pulling double duty on 'Millionaire,' called up Navy pilot Max Sherman to the show, and really liked what she saw. "Ok Max, you are one handsome guy," she exclaimed. "I don't normally like to fly but I am changing my mind."

Watch What Happens Next:

"Listen we don't have much time, so we want to play OK?" she said. "I'm ready to play anytime with you, Max."

"Look, you don't get 'em like this that often," she explained before starting the game. "I have even more respect for the military," Meredith added.

She continued to shamelessly flirt with the contestant during the segment. "I know, it's pathetic. I'm an old horny woman, all right? Give me a break."

The next question provided for additional laughs. "The childhood prank known as a 'wet willie' involves putting a wet finger in someone's what?" Meredith read, prompting her to say, "Anywhere you want to put it, Max!"

Max, of course, knew the answer. "Fortunately, I never quite grew up, would it suffice if I just gave you one?" He then proceeded to give her a 'wet willie.'

  1. If it were a man flirting with a women he'd be out of a job. I remember one episode where she told a contestant that he had big feet, then stated "You know what they say about a man with big feet?" Enough already. Female chauvinist pig.

  2. I didn't see HIM complaining, so why should YOU??? In fact, he looked as though he was enjoying all of the attention. Many of the women in the audience were audibly excited when he got on the stage, so why shouldn't Meredith be? Who doesn't love to see a handsome man in uniform? BTW, it isn't sexual harassment unless it is UNWANTED attention, and unsolicited touching is being FORCED upon someone. HE touched HER. What she said and did is called "flirting", and he was doing it right back. What's wrong with that?

  4. I'll co-sign that. Had it been a Bob Barker, etc. host doing that then there would be the typical lawsuit by the woman receiving the joke. Why is it when you combine MALE FAME + MONEY you see = WOMEN + LAWSUITS?

  5. She went a little far. It's okay to think all those things (um, I sure did), but don't lose your inner monologue. He is yummy, though. :)

  6. Simply "RATINGS"
Meredith Vieira, did say she is a "HORNY OLD LADY".
horny definition:A slang term for sexual arousal and/or desiring sexual gratification
Now that was out of line.
If he don't win a Million, he might be able to sue for millions..

  7. Meredith has always said things off-color. She just talks the talks. And is a honest lady. She has toned it down a little since leaving 'The View', but hilariously our old horny Meredith showed herself on the Millionaire show. No big deal!!!

    Chill everybody.

  8. Now, we all know had this been a male, he would have had ramifications behind this. Although, she may have not meant any harm as sometimes males do not, I think that she should be made aware of her actions.

  9. Double Standards. If a male person had made those comments, everyone would think it's inappropriate.

  10. It is a game show for goodness sake. It is entertainment, not a funeral. Of course her actions are appropriate. The old Match Game was a whole lot more suggestive than this.

  11. if it would of been a male host, he would have been called a pervert. Double standard? Yes! Welcome to America.
