Sis Finds Long-Lost Brother Across Street

For years, Candace Eloph searched for her half-brother, who was given up for adoption in 1977. She found him -- living across the street."I never thought it would happen like this. Never. Ever," Eloph of Shreveport, Louisiana, told CNN television affiliate KTBS.  Now this is one of those stories that are not just truly amazing but show that miracles do indeed happen.
